TextableAI ("TextableAI", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with the services provided through the TextableAI platform ("Services").

1. Information Collected

We collect information that you provide to us when using the Service, such as your phone number and email address, if provided. We use this information to provide the Service to you and to communicate with you about the Service. In addition, we may collect information as follows:

a. Account Information: If you create an account with us, we will collect information associated with your account, including your name, contact information, account credentials, and transaction history, (collectively, “Account Information”).

b. User Content: When you use our Services, we may collect Personal Information that is included in the input, file uploads, or feedback that you provide to our Services (“Content”). Please be advised that any and all Content transmitted through the Service shall be subject to the same privacy policy and terms of use that OpenAI and the services they provide maintain and make applicable.

c. Communication Information: If you communicate with us, we may collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send (“Communication Information”).

2. Use of Information

We may use and store the Personal Information we collect to maintain and improve the Service, and to ensure regulatory compliance. We respect your privacy and only store information critical to providing Services to you. The only information we use and store is your phone number, email (if provided), Content to provide context in your conversations (deleted after 10 minutes of inactivity), and last message sent timestamp. We use Stripe for payments processing and do not store your payment info. Of the Personal Information we keep, we may share as follows only as needed:

a. Vendors and Service Providers: We may provide Personal Information to vendors and service providers who assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, including providers of hosting services, cloud services, and other information technology services providers, email communication services, and web analytics services. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process, or store Personal Information only in the course of performing their duties to us.

b. Business Transfers: If we are involved in strategic transactions, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or a transition of service to another provider (collectively a “Transaction”), your Personal Information and other information may be disclosed in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the Transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that Transaction along with other assets.

c. Legal Requirements: We may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) prevent fraud, (iv) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services, or the public, or (v) protect against legal liability.

d. Affiliates: We may disclose Personal Information to our affiliates, meaning an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with TextableAI. Our affiliates may use the Personal Information we share in a manner consistent with this privacy policy.

3. Information Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from us may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Service or email.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children who are under the age of 13. TextableAI does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to TextableAI through the Service, please email us at textableai@gmail.com. We will investigate any notification and if appropriate, delete the Personal Information from our systems.

We are committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we will only process your personal data in a way that is fair, transparent, and in accordance with your rights as a data subject.

6. Third-party Services

• We use Vercel.com to host our website.
• We use Vercel Analytics by Vercel.com and Google Analytics to collect anonymous analytics data (like how many visitors a day, etc.) on textableai.com.
• We use Stripe.com to process payments for our pro features. We do not store any of your payment data.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post a notice of the changes prominently on the Service and we may notify you in other ways as well, such as by email or by updating the effective date of this Privacy Policy at the top of this page. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information.
